Personal
Online Banking
- From the Profile Bank home page, on the right-hand side within the green Online Banking circle, next to "Enroll" select 'Personal'.
- Please read through the Online Banking Agreement. If you agree, select ‘I Agree’.
- Please read through the Consumer Terms and Conditions. If you accept, select ‘I Accept’.
- Enter the required information for each field then select 'Submit'.
- Enter the credentials you would like to use for Online Banking. Please follow the requirements on the screen. Select 'Submit'.
- Enter an email address to verify or update your email address then select 'Confirm'.
- You will be prompted to set your account statement delivery method. You may make your selections and select 'Accept and Update Preferences'. If you would like to skip this process select 'Skip'.
- Please review the Consumer Terms and Conditions. If you accept, select 'I Accept'.
- Congratulations! You've enrolled in Online Banking!

eStatements
- Login to your Online Banking profile.
- In the upper right-hand corner, select your name.
- Select ‘Banking Services' then select 'eStatements'.
- Under the Statement Delivery Preferences section, set your statement preferences. To receive only electronic statements, select 'All Electronic'. To receive electronic statements for an individual account, select 'Electronic' from the dropdown next to the account number.
- Select 'Accept and Update Preferences'.
- Congratulations! You've updated your statement delivery preference to eStatements! Each month you will receive a notification from eStatements.

Bill Pay
- Log in to your Online Banking.
- Select the 'Pay My Bills' tab from the task bar.
- To enroll in Bill Pay, Select 'Sign Up for Bill Pay'.
- Please read through the Terms of Service. If you accept, check ‘I Accept’ then select ‘Continue’.
- Please read through the Privacy Policy. If you agree, check ‘I Accept’ then select ‘Continue’.
- Congratulations! You’ve successfully enrolled in Bill Pay. To add a payee, search for a company or person and follow the prompts.

Mobile Banking
- Go to the App Store or Google Play and search Profile Bank Mobile Banking to download our free App.

Existing Online Banking Users
a) Open the App and enter your online banking User ID and Password
b) Select ‘Log In’.
New Online Banking Users
a) Open the App and select 'Enroll-Personal'
b) Enter the required information for each field then select 'Submit'.
c) Enter the credentials you would like to use for Online Banking. Please follow the requirements on the screen.
d) Enter an email address to verify or update your email address then select 'Confirm'.
e) Congratulations! You've enrolled in Mobile Banking!
