We want to keep you updated, as you may hear that New Hampshire’s Governor has ordered a “Stay at Home” order related to non-essential business.
We wanted to assure you that Profile Bank is an “essential business” and will continue to be open normal hours, and all of your normal banking will function seamlessly.
We want to remind you of the many ways to do your banking and maintain “social distancing” via: online at ProfileBank.com; mobile with our ProfileBank App; our 24 hour ATMs, our 24 hour phone Banking, and our drive-ups at every location.

3/18/2020 Coronavirus Update - Given NH Governor Actions/Recommendations
As your community bank, Profile Bank will continue to be here for you as we have been for 114 years. The following temporary change re Coronavirus is for the safety of our customers, staff, and those community members particularly vulnerable to the virus.
Effective Monday, March 23rd customer transactions will be accepted at our drive-up tellers and ATMs, and we will be temporarily “closing” the lobby to regular access for the sole reason to limit person-to-person contact. We will be fully staffed and continue our regular hours.

We would like to remind you that you can also access us 24/7 through the following services: Online banking, mobile banking (including the ability to easily do mobile deposits), Online account opening; Online mortgage applications.

As always, we provide you with many ways to do your 24/7 banking online and by mobile via ProfileBank.com and the Profile Bank App so that you can check your balance, pay bills, open new accounts, make check deposits, and transfer money. In addition, we offer phone banking (24/7) at 1-877-890-0001.
As the potential impact of coronavirus evolves, we have implemented steps at all locations regarding coronavirus safety recommendations from government health authorities. In addition to the importance of on-going personal hygiene, the CDC recommends “social distancing” - thus we remind you that our drive-ups (and ATMs which accept cash/check deposits at all locations) are a good way to avoid direct, person-to-person contact.
