What you need:

  • A Profile Bank online banking account

If you are already an Online Banking subscriber, simply log into your account and enroll in Mobile-banking through the Options Menu.

After you’ve enrolled, select the option for Downloadable Mobile Apps and you’ll receive an SMS message including a link to download the app for your device and a 2nd message to activate it.

You can also download the Profile Bank Mobile Banking app directly from Apple’s App Store  and the Google Play Store.

The Profile Bank Mobile-banking app will run on the following devices and operating systems:

  • Apple iPhone – iOS 3.0+ (iPod Touch and iPad are not currently supported)
  • Android – 2.2+
