Transfer Funds

Transfer funds between your accounts at Profile Bank or to another Profile Bank customer. You may also set up external transfers to your account at another financial institution.

Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay is offered through our Online Banking service. Easily add payees, set up recurring payments, issue stop payments or change the payment date. You also have the option to review your Bill Pay history to keep track of your finances.

Keep your personal information more secure and receive your statements faster with eStatements, also known as electronic statements. Enroll in eStatements through Online Banking to view, save or print your statements at your convenience.

Enrollment Instructions

Guard My Card

Manage your debit card with Guard My Card. Online Banking provides the ability to deactivate your lost debit card*. Once it's been found, you can reactivate your card to process transactions. It's that easy!

*Recurring payments may continue to process on a deactivated card. Please contact the merchant to cancel those payments or change your payment method.



Secure Messages & Forms

Send and receive secure messages within Online Banking. Our team will respond during normal business hours. If you are unable to visit your local branch, you may also submit debit card requests through Secure Forms.
