If you are experiencing trouble logging into Personal Banking, this may be due to a recent browser update.
- Please click on either "Forgot Password" or "Enroll", which will open another page.
- Close the page and go back to Profile Bank's home page and try logging into Personal Banking again.
Please ensure that the device and Safari are on the most recent version. Additionally, please turn off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" by using the following steps:
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down to Safari and tap it
- Scroll down to "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking"
Toggle it off so it's no longer green
